I would have to say they deserve the best pizzas award more than words can describe. Not a joke I knew this place for years just until recently I decided to go try out. The pizza dough itself is full of smoky flavour with texture close to naan. I don't want to write 1000 words on what they taste like, it's the old saying eating is believing! See the pic then

Has to be top 3 pizza in HK. Dough-wise might be the best. Cooked consistently to perfection, the dough is extremely fragrant and chewy. Size is relatively smaller than other pizza joints, but that’s good because you can try other flavors. Margherita was good but not the best I’ve had, while the Estate was one of the best pizza’s I’ve tried, period. It’s a must order in my opinion. Appetizers were nothing too special; or rather, the pizzas stole the show.

Delicious authentic Neapolitan pizza - one of the best I had here in Hong Kong so far. The crust could be a little thinner but overall really really good! My favorites were the Sausage and caramelized onion pizza and the four cheese pizza. 100% recommended but be ready to spend at least 180-250 per pizza 😅

The pizzas were delicious, nice and hot until it gets moisted. I didn't reserve a table, so I was seated outside and there's a fan blowing on the roof, so the pizzas got moisted very quickly. Overall the food is good, ingredients used were authentic, the hosts were friendly and polite.

Took a while, but so happy to have finally tried their pizza! We ended up going for the A'Salsiccia and it was exceptional. Everything tasted so fresh and perfectly filling. And I must say, out of all the sourdough pizzas I've had in Hong Kong (so far), I have never sunk my teeth into such soft, chewy and fluffy sourdough like Fiata's - it's honestly a crime if you are "that" person to waste the crust with their pizza; too delicious to pass up! Staff here were incredibly friendly and kind enough to help us move to the outdoor seating once it became available, given how lovely the weather has been lately. Would strongly recommend making a reservation in advance, as it is quite cramped here and seating is limited. But nonetheless, we loved our experience here and will definitely be coming back - Fiata's spot in the 50 Top Pizza list is absolutely well deserved.

Overall, good but not the best pizza that I had tried in Hong Kong. In terms of dough, it is the best. In terms of flavour, emmm.. probably 3rd on my list.

Great fluffy Neapolitan style pizza of which I can highly recommend their fresh italian sausage with caramelised onions one. Since the pizza come out quite fast, I would recommend not ordering all at once or communicating with staff. Their last order is at 9:30pm when we got our table at 8:30pm (Sunday) so it felt a little rushed but still an enjoyable night with music that was a little too loud to chat with a group of 6. A common characteristic it seems among restaurants but nevertheless worth mentioning to inform others.

Hailed as one of the best pizza joints in the city, I would absolutely agree. The pizza here is spectacular; large variety of pizzas toppings and combinations to choose from and the dough is uniquely theirs with a soft, springy and chewy texture. The crust will be wider and thicker than most Neapolitan pizza places and for good reason. The crust itself was one of the most enjoyable parts of the pizza. We had also ordered the montanaras and those were divine medallions of fried pizza dough with just enough toppings to whet your appetite. I would say that pizza is a matter of personal preference and you should always order whatever you like; and for me, that was anchovies. The Cetara was one of the best tasting anchovy pizzas I've had in a long time and for good reason. They use imported anchovies from Cetara, a famed part of the Amalfi Coast that produces some of the tastiest anchovies. I'd recommend this place to anybody looking for some good pizza, but I'd suggest going with a larger party to sample more flavors. Be warned though, pizza will not be cheap here.
